What I love about Five Guys is the ability to customize everything, so I got to choose all my favorite toppings to make it just how I like it. The burger was perfectly cooked, and the quality was obvious with every bite. The casual vibe of the place made it even better, perfect for grabbing a delicious meal after shopping. “ Visited 01/05/25 and was blown away with the service! Not only was the site clean and tidy, with fast service and delicious food, the team were helpful and lovely! Visited with my sister who has multiple intolerances and allergies, and the team were very attentive. When we ordered, we stated our intolerances and allergies, and were given a printed document to look at. It was very clear, and included both a full ingredients list, and an in-depth allergy guide (if items contained an allergy, was unsuitable due to cooking method, or if it was manufacturing process). The server checked to ensure that the intolerances were correct throughout ordering, and was able to swap out the burger bun for a lettuce wrap. They ensured my sisters part of the order was handled separately to avoid contamination. After visiting, I can report she experienced no issues regarding any reactions, and it was the first burger she has been able to have when eating out in over a decade! Definietly recommend and will be back again! ”

“ Very busy on a bank holiday visit but the fully-staffed kitchen ensured it wasn't more that 10 minutes from ordering till the food was ready. Burgers are extremely good! A large fries is enough for 3 or 4 people! Seating is at a premium because the place is so popular! Place was very clean and tidy, can't wait to visit again. ”

“ As soon as we walked in today we were greeted by (I’m assuming) the Manager who was a delight. Nothing seemed to be too much for him. He directed us to a lovely member of staff who took our order and then when I was walking to drinks machines, told me which machine was producing colder drinks today (handy in the heat!). Very engaging with our two kids and offered to clear away our table too. Enjoyed our treat visit very much and will be returning in the future. ”
